Terms of Service

These Terms describe the rules for using ApexGrind, an independent fan-made record-keeping service.

1. The service

ApexGrind lets players manually record and review Apex Legends kills, legend progress, badges, cosmetics, goals and pack counts. It is not an EA service, does not connect to an EA account, and does not verify or import game statistics. Access is subject to account approval where enabled.

ApexGrind is an independent fan-made tracking platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Electronic Arts Inc. or Respawn Entertainment. Apex Legends and related trademarks belong to their respective owners.

2. Your Account

To use certain features of ApexGrind, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure.

You are responsible for activities performed through your account, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

ApexGrind allows users to manually track their gaming statistics, achievements, badges, and progress. All submitted statistics are user-generated and are not independently verified by ApexGrind.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in misuse, unauthorized access, or violations of these Terms of Service, subject to applicable law.

You may request the deletion of your account and associated personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

3. Your records and public profile

You are responsible for the statistics and profile content you enter. Records are self-reported, may be inaccurate, and are not verified by ApexGrind, EA or Respawn. Active player profiles are discoverable by default; the profile sections selected in your settings determine which record details appear publicly. Do not put sensitive or confidential information in public fields.

You keep any rights you hold in content you submit. You give ApexGrind permission to store, display and process that content only as needed to operate the service and show the profile sections you choose to share. Remove content you no longer want displayed, or delete your player account.

4. Acceptable use

Do not try to access another person’s account or administrator tools, bypass access controls, interfere with the service, upload unlawful or harmful material, impersonate another person, or use ApexGrind to harass or deceive others. Do not upload images unless you have permission to use them.

5. Availability, changes and responsibility

The service is provided as available and may be changed, interrupted or discontinued. ApexGrind does not promise uninterrupted access, permanent storage, or the accuracy of user-submitted records. Export your data if you need a separate copy.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the operator is not liable for indirect loss or loss caused by inaccurate user-entered records, third-party services, or interruptions. Nothing in these terms limits liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be limited.

6. Suspension and account deletion

The operator may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users, investigate misuse or comply with law. Players can delete their account in Settings by entering their current password and confirming permanent deletion in a dialog. Deletion is permanent and removes the associated player record and saved profile images. The sole administrator account cannot be deleted through self-service until administration has been transferred; contact hallo@apexgrind.co.

7. Intellectual property

ApexGrind’s original interface and branding belong to its operator or licensors. Apex Legends, game content and related trademarks belong to their respective owners. Do not use ApexGrind branding to imply an official relationship with EA or Respawn.
